No More Mondays is a Minority Certified organization founded by Jessica Rivera, a veteran of the United States Army.
Prior to launching her own business, she served as an advisor to various elected officials cultivating intergovernmental, business, and citizen relations. In addition to her career in public service, Jessica has vast experience in the private sector, having worked as the Human Resources Director for a multi-unit organization located in the U.S. and abroad.
In addition to Jessica's professional acumen, our team of experts provide over 20 years of combined experience. Each one of our strategic associates has a formal level of education including Masters Degrees and Human Resources certifications.
